The Challenge
Kattnakken was born in 2013, after the founder had worked with several brands and decided it was time to create her own. As the business grew, the small operation on Stord, a coastal island in western Norway, quickly became a fast-moving company, and the warehouse soon became the center of everything.
Before long, orders were coming in faster than the team could keep up. During busy periods, everyone jumped in to help - marketing, customer support, even the CEO, were in the warehouse packing and shipping orders.
