Plan and prep

You'll get an on-site visit to assess every inch of your warehouse.
The visit covers your space, workflow, and goals, so it's clear what your setup needs and any quirks your space might have.
Your tech stack and software are reviewed, so integrating Pio goes smoothly.
Pio is designed to be plug-and-play, so connecting it to your existing software is part of getting your system ready. If you use Shopify, Pio connects directly through our plug-in. Other platforms, including your WMS or ERP, can connect through our integrations or open API.
You'll confirm that your building is in sound condition and meets local regulations.
Every state has its own permitting requirements. You'll receive initial guidance on the permitting process to help keep everything as straightforward as possible.
Installation
02
Day 01
You'll receive the building materials.
All the materials for Pio will be delivered right to your warehouse.
Day 01-03
A team of certified experts will complete the grid installation.
Our partners manage the physical setup, making sure everything is installed correctly and safely. You don't need any technical expertise. The installation team lays the groundwork and builds the aluminum grid alongside your current operations, helping keep downtime to a minimum.
Day 04
The system will be commissioned.
First, the Controller is set up to communicate with the robots and ports on the grid. Next, the hardware is calibrated and the system is tested to make sure everything works as expected. Finally, quality and safety checks are completed for safe, reliable operation.
Day 05
You'll transfer your inventory into your Pio cube.
The system is handed off to you for inserting your bins, dividers, and products. Once your products are in, your team moves on to training.
Training and support

Your team will go through onboarding and training.
Your team gets clear, in-depth training on Pio. It's designed to be user-friendly, and picking at the port is simple enough to learn in as little as 5 minutes.
Your team will get comfy with using the Pio app.
This is your chance to test things out, ask questions, and get into the flow of using Pio.
You're ready to go.
By this point, you're set to start picking, packing, and shipping orders. Don't worry, our Operations Team and partners are always within reach if you need anything.
We stick around.
That means close support after installation: solving problems, finding ways to improve, and cheering you on as your business takes off.
Data analysis and reporting
We keep an eye on your operations to make sure your system is running as efficiently as possible. Our reports give you insights into performance, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, helping you make informed decisions and keep things moving.
