Simple In the Pio app, select 'Store,' choose the optimal bin layout to maximize space, and identify items by scanning the bar code, or searching for the product. Enter the quantity, place the items in the bin, and repeat until all items are stored.
Strategic by Design The robots will stack the bins to make sure high-demand products are always at the top of the grid, as less popular items move to the bottom to optimize speed of retrieval.
Optimized The Pio picking algorithms will prioritize the compartments with only a few items left, to constantly optimize the fill rate of the bins.
